Cardiff City are lining up a January move on former Manchester United starlet Mame Biram Diouf, according to Bild.
New boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is determined to help the team improve the dismal scoring record that saw them register mere 15 goals in 20 Premier League games.
And Bild has now suggested that Cardiff City are readying a bid for Hannover wantaway striker Mame Biram Diouf.
The 26-year-old continues to be linked with a move away from the club and he seems to be trying to engineer a January exit.
Diouf has a contract until the end of the season with the 96ers but he is determined to leave as early as this month.
The Senegalese already has some Premier League experience having played for Manchester United and Blackburn Rovers, and it appears he wouldn’t mind returning to England’s top flight.
Diouf has been in fine form since joining Hannover in January 2012, having scored 23 goals in 50 Bundesliga matches.
