Chelsea head to the Hawthorns with the Premier League title very much in sight and knowing a win will see them crowned champions. The Blues should therefore need little motivation on Friday night as Antonio Conte targets the title in his very first season in English football.

Maurizio Sarri’s side have been great to watch this season and will be out to keep the pressure on Roma who face Juventus this weekend. Napoli have not tasted defeat in Serie A since February and should get the job done in Turin.

Athletic Bilbao will be hoping to take all three points against a Leganes side that are just about safe from the drop. The hosts were stunned by Alaves last time out but are still eyeing a place in next season’s Europa League and should be too strong for the visitors.

CET: 16:30 Tottenham v Man Utd
Tottenham’s hopes of pipping Chelsea to the title may have ended by the time they come to kick off against Manchester United, but it still promises to be an emotional afternoon at White Hart Lane. Spurs play their final Premier League game of the season on the ground, they will play at Wembley next season before they move into their new home, and will want to depart with a win against a side that may be tired from their Europa League semi-final on Thursday.

Monaco may have been dumped out of the Champions League in midweek but they can put one hand on the Ligue 1 trophy with victory over Lille on Sunday. Leonardo Jardim’s side start the weekend three points clear, with a game in hand and are closing in on the title.
