Toulouse are enduring a difficult league campaign this season and find themselves in the relegation zone after 19 games. Having won just two games in the division since August, Toulouse are being tipped for the drop by May. Currently 19th in the table and four points adrift of safety, the French club need to turn things round sooner rather than later otherwise they risk losing more ground on the sides outside of the drop zone.

With only three wins from their 19 games played, and having the second-worst defensive record to boot, it’s hard to see Toulouse staying up. One solace for the strugglers is their penchant for draws. They have been more guilty of playing out too many stalemates rather than losing on a regular basis so they have foundations to build on.

The likes of Guimgamp and Troyes could well be joining them for the dorp as things stand, with the trio of clubs occupying the bottom-three. There’s still plenty of the season to go, and Toulouse have made back some of the deficit in recent weeks, but they remain a distance from safety ahead of difficult games to come agianst Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco.

As a result, Betfair are giving odds of 4/6 for Toulouse to suffer relegation from the French Ligue 1 this season.
