One man who has continued to shine for Cagliari this season is leading marksman João Pedro. The 27-year-old midfielder has now bagged three goals in his last three Serie A appearances and the Brazilian should be confident of extending his and I Rossoblu extended purple patch this weekend. Suffering a 4-2 defeat against Lazio prior to the international break, Leece still find themselves in a battle at the foot of the table and hold just a one-point buffer from falling into the bottom-three. Shipping six goals in just their last two Serie A appearances, Sunday’s hosts have failed to win any of their last seven outings, a run that stems back to the 25th of September. It should also be noted that Leece are yet to record a single victory on home soil this season.
