It’s yet another packed week of football all over Europe with a full round of fixtures in the Premier League and La Liga as well as a tasty cup tie in France. Here’s a fourfold that looks decent value….

Tuesday 25th April

CET 19:45 Chelsea v Southampton

Chelsea have wobbled in the Premier League recently but their FA Cup semi-final win over Tottenham will have done wonders for their confidence. Antonio Conte’s men are now dreaming of a league and cup double and a win over Southampton will put them a step nearer to the title.

Tip: home win @4/9

Wednesday 26th April

CET: 20:30 Deportivo v Real Madrid

Real Madrid’s title hopes took a massive blow with defeat in El Clasico to Barcelona and they must get back on track in midweek. The visitors must win but will be without the suspended Sergio Ramos and the injured duo of Raphael Varane and Pepe leaving just Nacho as their only fit and available centre-half. They should still have enough to win, but a clean sheet looks unlikely.

Tip: both teams to score @8/14

CET: 20:05 PSG v Monaco

The top two in France meet once again in cup competition just weeks after PSG won the Coupe de la Ligue Final 4-1. Both teams are also level on points at the top of Ligue 1, albeit Monaco with a game in hand, and there is very little to chose between them. Picking a winner is therefore difficult, but there should be plenty of goals.

Tip: Both teams to score @4/6

Thursday 27th April

CET: 20:30 Athletic Bilbao v Real Betis

Ernesto Valverde’s side welcome Betis to Basque Country on Thursday having lost just twice at home all season in La Liga. The hosts are still pushing for a European place while the visitors are now safe and have relatively little to play for in their last five games.

Tip: Home win 2/5
