Daily Mail claims that Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea are closely monitoring the situation, looking to make their moves when an opportunity arises.

Aaron Ramsey, 27, has so far amassed 239 Premier League appearances for Arsenal, scoring 35 goals in the process.
