Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to offer Pep Guardiola £10 million per campaign to take over the reigns at Stamford Bridge, The Sun reports.
The Russian billionaire is determined not to make the same mistake once again after Andre Villas-Boas proved to be a big flop at Chelsea and he only wants to appoint a world-class coach.
According to The Sun, Abramovich is ready to offer Pep Guardiola a four-year deal worth £40 million after tax to trade Camp Nou for Stamford Bridge.
The Spaniard currently earns around £8 million per season, meaning he would get a 50% raise if he was to accept an offer from Chelsea.
The 41-year-old has just a couple of months left on his contract with Barcelona, and he has yet to agree a new deal at Camp Nou.
Guardiola is waiting to see how Barcelona will finish this season before he makes a decision regarding his future.
