La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that AC Milan are set to hold a new meeting with Atalanta for Andrea Conti.
The full-back accepted a contract offer from San Siro a while back, but the two clubs have yet to agree on a transfer fee.
While Atalanta want €30 million for their prized possession, AC Milan are expected to increase their opening €20 million offer by €4m or €5m, but that is not all.
The Rossoneri are also prepared to either include one of their talented footballers in the deal or relinquish a 30% sell-on clause in Andrea Petagna’s deal.
The problem with said clause is that increases every year, and this could be a perfect opportunity for Atalanta to get rid of it now that the youngster has caught the eye of top Italian sides.
