AC Milan close to Origi deal

According to a recent report from Corriere dello Sport, Divock Origi is said to be close to joining AC Milan this summer.

The belief is that there is an agreement in place for him to head to Italy with official confirmation being the only remaining hurdle.

Over the course of his many years with Liverpool Football Club, Divock Origi has been able to build a reputation for himself as quite the fan favourite. He may not score often but when he does, he makes an impact by scoring at incredibly important times for the Reds.

A perfect example of this would be in their run to their sixth European Cup when Origi scored three goals across the semi-finals and final against Barcelona and Tottenham, cementing his place in the history books.

Milan, meanwhile, are on the verge of capturing the Serie A title, leaving many to wonder what kind of role the Belgian would play in their first team.
