Italian giants AC Milan have moved to confirm they are still interested in signing Torino striker Andrea Belotti.
The Rossoneri attempted to recruit the Italy international last summer, but eventually failed to match Granata’s €100 million asking price.
And despite recruiting Andre Silva and Nikola Kalinic, AC Milan are clearly not giving up hope of luring Andrea Belotti to San Siro.
“Belotti? It’s common knowledge that we tried to bring him to Milan, but it was quite difficult for several reasons,” AC Milan sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli said at a children’s event.
“Still, he’s a good player, a Milan fan and who knows… maybe one day he’ll wear the shirt that he dreamt of wearing as a child.”
After bagging 26 league goals last term, Belotti has struggled for form this season, having managed just 4 Serie A strikes so far.
