AC Milan eye Willian move

The Daily Star understands that AC Milan could be set to make a move for Chelsea winger Willian when the transfer window reopens in January.

Willian has struggled for game time this season with Blues’ manager Antonio Conte using Pedro and Eden Hazard as his preferred pair to play either side of record signing Alvaro Morata.

He has played in all eleven of the champions’ league games so far this season but has started just six of those matches.

Since signing from Russian side Anzhi in the summer of 2013, the twenty-nine year old has racked up almost two hundred appearances in all competitions while he has scored thirty-two goals.

He has helped his side win the Premier League title in both 2015 and 2017 while he also added a League Cup winners medal to his haul three seasons ago.

Chelsea travel to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, with the away win priced at 7/12 with 888 Sport.
