AC Milan go after Firmino

According to a recent report from Calciomercatoweb, AC Milan are gearing up to make a move for Roberto Firmino.

The belief is that they could pursue a deal to sign the Liverpool sensation during the January transfer window, joining Juventus in the hunt for the Brazilian.

Firmino has enjoyed some bright moments so far this season with some increased minutes on the pitch for the Reds and if he can carry on that forward momentum, it makes sense for him to entertain a switch elsewhere.

Sadio Mane was the first of that magical trio to depart in favour of a move to Bayern Munich this past summer and if Firmino goes, it would leave just Mohamed Salah remaining.

Milan have steadily been on the rise in Italian football for the last couple of years and with someone like Firmino leading them forward, things can only go in an upward direction.
