Italian powerhouse AC Milan are believed to be engaged in advanced negotiations with Ajax over the highly-rated midfielder Riechedly Bazoer, according to Telesport.
Having been previously scouted by the likes of Barcelona, Manchester City and Arsenal, the 20-year-old Bazoer has quickly emerged as one of the rising European prospects tipped to become a future star.
AC Milan are attempting to beat the competition to the signature of the Netherlands international, who made his full senior debut against Wales in November 2015.
Having represented his country at all youth levels, Bazoer is making huge strides towards becoming one of the key players for the Dutch.
Bazoer’s agent has confirmed ongoing talks with the Serie A club, who will be required to splash around €22 million for the talented midfielder.
The 20-year-old midfielder made 29 league appearances last season, scoring 5 goals in the process. The youngster is yet to get on the mark in five games he played thus far in the 2016-17 season.
