AC Milan in ambitious bid for Marchisio

Italian giants AC Milan are considering an ambitious move for Juventus icon Claudio Marchisio, according to Rai Sport.

The Rossoneri are aware that the Italy international is far from happy with his current status in Turin and he is considering his options.

And after bringing Leonardo Bonucci to San Siro earlier this summer, AC Milan will attempt to do the same with Claudio Marchisio.

The Rossoneri have asked Juventus whether they would consider selling their star player, but they will not be stepping up their interest unless Marchisio submits a transfer request.

The 31-year-old has been one of club’s most loyal servants in the 21st century, making 370 competitive outings and scoring 37 goals.
