AC Milan are interested in signing Mauro Icardi from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. It has been reported that Serie A club Milan see Icardi as a potential option to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the end of the season.
Ibrahimovic has made 11 starts and four substitute appearances in Serie A for Milan so far this season, scoring eight goals and providing two assists in the process. The 40-year-old Swedish striker has also made one start and three substitute appearances in the Champions League for the Rossoneri so far this campaign.
Icardi has made 10 starts and 10 substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for PSG so far this season, scoring four goals in the process. The 29-year-old Argentina international striker has also made three substitute appearances in the Champions League so far this campaign.
