AC Milan are interested in signing Steven Bergwijn from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. It has been reported that Bergwijn does not fit into head coach Antonio Conte’s plans at Tottenham, and that he is now valued at €15 million.
Milan are keen on signing the winger and rate the Netherlands international highly. Bergwijn was reportedly close to leaving Tottenham in the January transfer window and could be tempted to leave the North London club when the window opens again in the summer of 2022.
Bergwijn has made four starts and eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham so far this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist in the process. The 24-year-old has also made one appearance in the FA Cup, two in the Carabao Cup and two in the UEFA Conference League.
