AC Milan interested in Udinese’s Gerard Deulofeu

AC Milan are interested in signing Gerard Deulofeu from Udinese in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. It has been reported that Italian giants Milan are among the clubs who want to secure the services of the  former Barcelona winger.

Deulofeu has been superb for Udinese and is rated very highly. The 27-year-old, who can also play as a forward, has made 18 starts and three substitute appearances in Serie A so far this season. The winger has scored seven goals and provided two assists in those games.

Milan are at the top of the Serie A table at the moment with 56 points from 26 matches, two points clear of second-placed and city rivals Inter, who won the league title last season and have played 25 games. Udinese are currently 16th with 25 points from 24 matches, three points clear of third-from-bottom Cagliari, who have played 26 games.
