Serie A high flyers AC Milan have taken a keen interest in Ajax starlet Riechedly Bazoer, Il Corriere dello Sport can reveal.
The Rossoneri have shown improvement after a slow start to the season and they hope to build on this term’s performances to finally launch an assault on the Serie A trophy next season.
AC Milan officials will be looking to reinforce the squad in the summer transfer window and it has now been revealed that they are weighing up move for Ajax hotshot Riechedly Bazoer.
The problem is that the talented footballer has been on the radar of quite a few top sides that include Chelsea, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Napoli and Manchester City, but the Rossoneri are not prepared to give up on their target.
Ajax’s €25 million asking price is another obstacle to any deal, while it is important to note that AC Milan are also looking at his teammate Anwar El Ghazi.
Riechedly Bazoer, 19, has so far made 38 Eredivisie outings for the Amsterdammers, scoring 5 goals, while also making his Netherlands debut.
