AC Milan join race for Zaniolo

According to a recent report from Tuttosport, AC Milan are gearing up to join the race for Nicolo Zaniolo. The Roma forward has been with the club since last year when he signed from Inter Milan, and at the age of 19, he’s already being tipped as a future superstar. The Italy U21s international looks set to be on the verge of a call up to the national team sooner rather than later, which is the kind of move that is always going to draw the attention of Europe’s finest. Milan, of course, aren’t going to be the only side in the running, with Manchester City, Juventus and Real Madrid all being linked.

He is valued at around £50 million and while that may seem like a steep fee, that’s what it is going to take in the modern era of the game in order to sign such a high quality prospect.
