Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has emerged as a potential transfer target for Serie A heavyweights AC Milan.
Having failed to agree to a deal to bring Zlatan Ibrahimovic back to Italy, Rossoneri are said to have steered their interest towards the flamboyant Englishman. The 21-year-old Rashford made only eight starts in the Premier League this season, with 13 outings in total.
Despite enduring a somewhat difficult season at Old Trafford, Marcus Rashford managed to score three goals and contribute with five assists in the league. He also made six Champions League appearances including a second-half introduction in his team’s 2-1 defeat at Valencia on Wednesday night.
