AC Milan show interest in Christensen

According to a recent report from Sky Italy, AC Milan are contemplating a move for Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen. The centre-back hasn’t really been a heavily featured member of the Blues’ first team squad for a while now, dating back to the summer transfer window when his departure seemed fairly nailed on. 

The stall in Milan’s pursuit of Jean-Clair Todibo has somewhat forced their hand, ensuring that they now need to go looking elsewhere for other options. 

Milan would be interested in a deal that would see them put forward a loan offer with an option to buy somewhere down the road, which certainly appears to be a popular option for many clubs during this transfer window. 

Christensen needs to be given a chance to prove what he can do on a consistent basis, and a switch to the San Siro could provide him with that opportunity he has been searching for.
