According to reports in Italy, AC Milan are aiming to go after three separate Chelsea stars in the January transfer window as they continue their push for a return to Champions League football. The three players in question are Cesc Fabregas, Andreas Christensen and Gary Cahill, who have all suffered from a lack of first team football as a result of Maurizio Sarri coming into the club.
The latter two stars have stated that they’re more than willing to look elsewhere in order to gain some first team football, although Fabregas seems a little bit more reserved about the whole thing. There’s no doubt that all three will probably fail to get into Chelsea’s first team for the remainder of the season, but it remains to be seen whether or not a move abroad interests them.
AC will return to UEFA Europa League action this week when they take on Dudelange.
