Italian daily Il Corriere dello Sport claims that Napoli could make a move for Bologna striker Robert Acquafresca.
The talented forward was spotted in Naples yesterday, adding fuel to speculations linking him with a January move to San Paolo.
Napoli boss Walter Mazzarri is looking to add another striker to the squad in January to act as a replacement for Edinson Cavani, and could decide to make a move on former Inter forward.
Robert Acquafresca started the season as a first team regular at Bologna, but has been on the sidelines since the start of October and is likely to face a tough task of winning back his place in the side.
With Alessandro Diamanti and Alberto Gilardino forming a great attacking partnership, and Manolo Gabbiadini waiting in the wings, there is every chance Bologna will cash in on the highly rated forward in January.
Therefore, Napoli can be expected to jump at the opportunity to sign their long-term target at a cut-back fee.
