Adebayor: “We should be optimistic”

Emmanuel Adebayor has urged his Arsenal team-mates to retain the belief that they can win silverware this season. “The most important thing is that we keep on going and keep on believing in ourselves and thinking we can do something. That is the only way we can improve our football,” the striker was quoted.

“If we didn’t believe we could still win the title, we might as well just ask the boss if we could spend the season back home enjoying ourselves with our families. Last season we were ten points ahead of Manchester United and at the end of the day they won the title, so we will keep going until the end of the season and see what we can do.”
