Adekanye set for Lazio?

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Liverpool academy star Bobby Adekanye is said to be on his way to Serie A club Lazio. The belief is that the 20 year old will sign a three year deal with the club, with the option of a fourth later on. As Liverpool continue to flourish both in the Premier League and in Europe it seems like more and more of their top stars are going to be making the move away from Anfield, purely because they don’t have the room for them. Adekanye is an intriguing prospect but he’d certainly benefit from some time abroad, with the likes of Jadon Sancho proving that it can do wonders for the development of a young player.

Liverpool were able to reach the Champions League final last night in a memorable comeback win over Barcelona, and with that in mind, you’d have to imagine the competition for places is going to get even tougher.
