Adriano will not join Tottenham

Inter Milan striker Adriano will not be joining Tottenham, according to the Brazilian’s agent.

Reports on Wednesday suggested that Spurs coach Harry Redknapp wanted to bring in the Inter striker on loan in the January transfer window.

But his agent, Gilmar Rinaldi, insists Adriano will not make a move to the Premier League.

“There will be no Tottenham for Adriano, he will stay at Inter,” a firm Rinaldi told Sportmediaset.it.

“Mourinho has already said he wants Adriano at Inter, and therefore there is nothing for me to add.

“I have not spoken to Massimo Moratti or Mourinho and there is no need for me to travel to Italy as Adriano will be staying in Milan.”
