Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot has added fuel to speculations linking him with a summer exit from Parc des Princes after rejecting a new contract offer, reports L’Equipe.
The 18-year-old currently has a contract until June 2015 that sees him earn around €260,000 per campaign.
And while the club officials have offered him a new three-year deal worth close to €1.5 million per season, the player’s representatives are holding out for double the amount.
This has put a number of top European sides on alert, with Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham among clubs interested in his signature.
Adrien Rabiot is widely regarded as the hottest prospect to have come out of club’s youth academy in recent years and he has already amassed 39 league appearances, scoring 2 goals in the process.
Following a successful loan spell with Toulouse, the youngster returned to Parc des Princes and went on to feature in 20 league fixtures this season.
