France beat Italy in Milan by 1-3 to finish top of League A Group 2 in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday, with Adrien Rabiot scoring twice to book-end the contest, both times assisted by Lucas Digne.
The Aston Villa left-back was also involved in France’s second goal, given as an own-goal by Italy goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario after Digne’s free-kick bounced off the bar and Vicario’s back to go in.
