(GSM) – AEK and Zenit St. Petersburg share the lead in UEFA Europa League Group G following victories over Hajduk Split and Anderlecht respectively.
Greek outfit AEK hosted Croatia’s Hajduk in Athens and took the lead through Rafik Djebbour in the 12th minute.
Senijad Ibricic leveled in the 29th minute but AEK had the final say in the second half with goals from Nikos Liberopoulos (65th) and Nacho Scocco (89th).
Alexander Kerzhakov was of great influence in Zenit’s away match to Belgian champions Anderlecht, scoring all of the Russian side’s three goals. The forward found the target in the 8th, 33rd and 44th minutes.
Anderlecht got one back through Roland Juhasz in the 66th minute.
