Brazilian full-back Rafinha is hoping to leave Allianz Arena at the earliest opportunity, according to his official representative.
The 32-year-old has been playing second fiddle to the impressive Joshua Kimmich, albeit making 9 Bundesliga appearances this season.
However, Rafinha seems ready to embark on a new challenge, especially as his current contract is due to expire at the end of the campaign.
A return to Brazil seems on the cards as Cruzeiro and Palmeiras are keen, but the player’s agent admits they first want to reach an understanding with Bayern.
“It is Rafinha’s intention and his desire to leave, but with the permission, because he has always been a model professional,” agent Lincoln told Itatiaia radio station.
Rafinha has spent last six and a half years with Bayern Munich, making 145 Bundesliga appearances in total.
