The agent of Partizan Belgrade defender Stefan Savic, Zoran Stojadinovic has confirmed that Sporting Lisbon have shown interest in signing the Montenegro international.
The 20-year-old defender has impressed the visiting scouts since arriving to Partizan a year ago and his agent admits that Sporting Lisbon are ready to make an official offer for his services.
“Yes, Carlos Freitas, inquired about the player some two weeks ago, but nothing more than that,” Zoran Stojadinovic told A Bola.
“And I think it will be difficult for Sporting to acquire the player since Partizan are uncompromising and will only let him go for €10 million.”
The well-known agent also revealed that the Montenegro international was courted by a number of high-profile clubs.
“There is an Italian club that made an offer of €7 million. And even then Partizan continued to ask for €10 million.”
