(GSM) – Christian Poulsen wants to stay at Juventus despite being deemed as surplus to the club’s requirement, according to the player’s agent.
The Serie A giants had already accepted a bid from Fenerbahce last summer, only for the player to reject the move.
And Poulsen’s agent, Joern Bonnesen, has made it clear that while he has not received any contact for the Denmark international, the 30-year-old is not looking to move away from Turin.
Speaking to Calciomercato.it, Bonnesen said: “No one has contacted me.
“Christian wants to stay at Juventus. No one has told me anything and I still haven’t spoken with Beppe Marotta.
“Christian has a contract until 2012 and he wants to stay.”
