(GSM) – Real Madrid’s Raul could move to the Premier League at some point in the near future, according to his agent Gines Carvajal.
The Santiago Bernabeu legend has found opportunities harder to come by this season after the spending spree of last summer.
While he has no intentions of leaving at the moment, as he remains under contract for another year-and-a-half, his representative has hinted towards a possible move away from Real.
Carvajal also feels that England would be a possible destination if the 32-year-old did ever decide to embark on a new challenge
“It is no secret that he has always liked the Premier League,” Carvajal said in The People.
“The only formal offer the club ever received for him came from Chelsea at the time when they signed Makelele.
“Raul’s contract runs until 2011 and at the moment he plans to see it out but it is a long season and we will have to see what happens.”
