The agent of Lazio striker Mauro Zarate has revealed that his client will only leave Lazio if someone offers €20 million for his services.
The controversial striker has found his place in the starting line-up in danger following the arrivals of Djibril Cisse and Miroslav Klose, but the player’s agent doesn’t think his client will be sold.
“Zarate’s price-tag is €20m and he is absolutely not for sale at below that sum,” Beppe Bozzo told RMC Sport.
“Nobody, so far, has offered that. This is why he’s staying at Lazio.”
Bozzo has also moved to deny reports linking Zarate with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
“I met Leonardo a few weeks ago in London for the Emirates Cup, but he didn’t ask me anything about Zarate.
“Besides, with Jeremy Menez and Javier Pastore arriving this summer, I’d say PSG are complete in that area.”
