Sergio Aguero made an impact on the Argentinean Premier League at the age of 15, five years later he is one of the top stars in Spain’s La Liga and according to reports, the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea are trailing the Atletico Madrid forward.
However, Aguero is not unsettled by the interest shown in him since he has no intention to leave Madrid.
“I’m going to continue in my club for another year or two,” said Aguero according to Setanta Sports.
“All I want is to stay at this club because I am happy here.
“You are always going to have various clubs that want to have you.
“The important thing is where I am happy. And now I’m comfortable at Atletico.
“I have not thought about going to any other side.
“There are a lot of rumours going round but money does not change anything. I have told my agents I want to stay where I am.”
The price tag that the press put on Aguero’s forehead read about £35 million, but since those reports came out, Atletico Madrid moved to increase the player’s minimum release fee clause.
