According to a recent report from Sky Sports, West Ham United forward Albian Ajeti is very close to agreeing terms with Scottish Premier League champions Celtic, as both parties prepare to agree to a loan deal.
Neil Lennon was said to have held talks with his agent last night, with the move being in doubt after the youngster asked for more time to weigh up his options during his holiday in Sardinia. However, after Lennon intervened, he reportedly convinced him to join Celtic ahead of multiple different clubs around Europe and, more specifically, the Premier League.
If the talks continue to go well then the hope is that it could be completed by early next week, which could see it feature an option for Celtic to buy him at the end of the loan for a fee of around £5 million.
Either way, it seems like Lennon has done a pretty solid job.
