Catalan outlet Sport have been reporting regularly on developments concerning the future of Barcelona winger Raphinha, and their most recent story claims that Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal are willing to sign the 27-year-old in a deal potentially worth up to €100 million, add-ons included. If so, it obviously represents an improvement on a previously reported offer from Saudi Arabia of €80m, though no report revealed which Saudi club had made it.
Furthermore, it is believed that the prospect of cashing in a total of €100m for Raphinha is something Barcelona cannot afford to pass up, providing, of course, the player is willing to make the proposed switch. That, however, remains to be seen, with several top clubs around Europe said to be monitoring the situation closely.
Among those reportedly interested are North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, and a move to Liverpool might become possible too if Mohamed Salah leaves Anfield at the end of the season.
