Alaba set to join Real Madrid

According to a recent report from Sky Germany, David Alaba is set to join Real Madrid in the summer on a five-year deal.

The belief is that he will make the transition over from Bayern Munich after spending 13 years with the German club, establishing himself as a legend within their ranks.

Alaba made it clear in a press conference back in February that this was going to be a distinct possibility and now, it’s about to become reality.

Real have come under severe scrutiny in recent days as a result of the European Super League but even with that, they’re still bound to be a force of nature over the course of the next few years and beyond.

Alaba is an incredibly talented individual and still has a lot of time left to grow as a player, which is what we’re expecting to see when he finally jumps ship to the Bernabeu.
