There was more football action that just the Champions League this weekend as Fulham beat Aston Villa to seal promotion back to the Premier League.
Slavisa Jokanovic has successfully led his second Championship side to top-flight promotion and should be credited for a remarkable work he’s done in changing the complete mindset of the Cottagers and turning them into an eye-pleasing, attack-oriented side.
Newcastle United reject Aleksandar Mitrovic was a huge part of Fulham’s success as well.
The Serbian striker has become a fan favourite and this is exactly why they love him that much. He dropped for a post-game interview but took off as soon as they started changing his name.
