Tuttosport has learned that Inter Milan are readying January bid for Jiangsu Suning star Alex Teixeira.
The 27-year-old has fared well since joining the club in a €50 million deal in February 2016, bagging 17 goals in 43 league outings.
However, with Chinese clubs only allowed to name three foreign footballers in match day squad, the Brazilian only featured in 15 of 25 league games this term.
This means that Teixeira might be leaving the club in January, with Inter Milan hoping to agree a loan deal until the end of the season.
The Nerazzurri boss Luciano Spalletti is a big fan of the Brazilian and he hopes the club owners who are also in charge of Jiangsu Suning will bring Teixeira to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
