Juventus have moved one step closer to recruiting Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona, according to Tuttosport.
Namely, the Bianconeri have managed to agree personal terms with the player’s representatives, with the Chile international accepting a five-year deal worth €4.1 million plus bonuses.
However, finding an understanding with Barcelona is not going to be an easy task, considering they are holding out for €25 million.
Juventus have submitted an offer worth €18 million and it is believed they will go up to €20 million, but the two sides do not seem to be close to an agreement at the moment.
Having missed out on the Chile star three years ago, the Bianconeri are eager to make things right this summer and they will go the extra mile to lure Sanchez to Turin.
The 25-year-old will be in action later today when his national team take on Brazil, with La Roja priced at 10/3 to produce a major upset and qualify for the next round.
