French daily newspaper Le Parisien is reporting that Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has set his sights on joining Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window.
The highly rated footballer appears to have decided to leave the Gunners after three years and the North London club are bracing for a real bidding war.
But, while Paris Saint-Germain were hoping to bring Sanchez to Parc des Princes, latest reports suggest that the Chilean prefers a switch to Bayern Munich.
Sanchez wants to work with Carlo Ancelotti at Allianz Arena, and with the Bavarians also keen on his services, a summer transfer is a realistic option.
Arsenal are aware they won’t be able to keep hold of their star player for much longer due to the fact that his contract is due to expire in June 2018, and all they can do is try and secure the best possible deal in the process.
