L’Equipe has learned that Lyon are considering a move for Lorient striker Jeremy Aliadiere.
Les Gones have made Bafetimbi Gomis and Jimmy Briand available for sale, and with Lisandro Lopez also linked with a summer exit they are in desperate need of attacking reinforcements.
According to L’Equipe, Lyon could make a move on Lorient forward Jeremy Aliadiere, who is desperate to leave his current employers for a bigger club.
The former Arsenal starlet finally managed to get his career back on track last term, scoring 15 goals in 31 Ligue 1 matches for Lorient.
He has since expressed a desire to play in the Champions League and even refused to play for his current club in a pre-season friendly.
Lorient chiefs are prepared to cash in on the player who has two years left on his current deal, but it remains to be seen whether Lyon will be ready to match their €6 million asking price.
