La Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Italian champions Juventus have launched a fresh assault on Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata.
The Bianconeri were quite happy with the forward’s performances during the two years he spent in Turin, but they eventually saw him leave as Real Madrid triggered a buy-back clause.
Morata has since moved on to Chelsea, but having failed to impress at Stamford Bridge, he is now being linked with a summer exit.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, both Juventus and the player are keen to get reunited this summer and talks are already ongoing.
The Bianconeri plan to recruit him on loan with an obligation to buy, and they may have to splash out between €50m and €60m to sign the Spaniard on permanent basis.
Alvaro Morata, 25, made a total of 31 Premier League appearances this season, scoring 11 goals in the process.
