FC Porto are considering making a move for Inter Milan full-back Alvaro Pereira, according to A Bola.
The Dragons recently allowed centre-back Rolando to join the Nerazzurri on a season-long loan, while they are also in negotiations over Ezequiel Schelotto and Fernando.
Meanwhile, A Bola understands that FC Porto have informed the Serie A side of their interest in Uruguayan defender Alvaro Pereira.
The 27-year-old left Estadio do Dragao to join Inter in a €10 million deal last summer, but hasn’t quite managed to prove his worth at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
Despite making 28 Serie A appearances last term, Pereira is unlikely to be considered a first team regular this season and he is, therefore, looking to leave the club this summer.
A return to Porto could be the best option for all three parties, although it remains to be seen if the two sides can reach an agreement over the transfer fee.
