El Mundo Deportivo is reporting that Dani Alves and Javier Mascherano are both pondering a summer move away from Camp Nou.
The Brazilian full-back has been linked with Barcelona exit for quite some time, and he has refused to reject the possibility of leaving this summer.
His departure would be a major issue for the Catalans considering that coach Luis Enrique does not hold either Aleix Vidal or Douglas Perreira in high regard.
On the other hand, it is believed that Javier Mascherano is also interested in a change of scenery, having spent last six years at Camp Nou.
And with Marc Bartra and Thomas Vermaelen also expected to leave, Barcelona officials could be in all sorts of problems ahead of the start of the new campaign.
According to El Mundo Deportivo, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba and Jeremy Mathieu are the only defenders certain to remain at the club beyond the summer.
