Ancelotti held talks with Roma
Carlo Ancelotti’s former teammate Ruggiero Rizzitelli claims the Italian manager has already held talks with Roma regarding the coaching job at Olimpico.
Ancelotti recently denied any contact with the Giallorossi, but Rizzitelli claims that negotiations have already started.
“I believe there are negotiations with Ancelotti and Roma already.
”But it all depends on how much money is available. If Ancelotti comes to Roma, he expects a competitive side,” Rizzitelli said.
“So we have to see how much cash the owners are willing to provide for him as he will need the money to bring in important players.
“Ancelotti is a coach who earns big money, and so it’s normal that he would have to reduce his demands to come to Roma.”
Ancelotti doesn’t hide his desire coach Roma in the future, and it looks as though the dream could soon come true.

Fletcher signs a new deal
Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher has signed a new four-year deal that will keep him at the club until 2015.
The Scottish midfielder has become an influential member of the squad over the last few years and Sir Alex Ferguson was delighted that he has signed a new deal.
“Darren has been at the club since he was 15.
“I am extremely proud that he came through the ranks of our youth academy and am delighted Darren has signed a new contract.
“He has developed into a top-class midfielder.”
The player himself couldn’t hide his excitement.
“I take great pride in playing for Manchester United,” Fletcher told club’s official website.
“I have won many trophies in my years playing here and I am looking forward to winning many more in the seasons to come.
“I would like to thank everyone at the club.”
United have done a great job by tying both Michael Carrick and Darren Fletcher to new long-term deals, with Ryan Giggs also signing a one-year contract extension.
Valencia defender open to Lazio move
Valencia defender Ricardo Costa admits he is pleased with reported interest from Lazio.
The Italian media reported on Friday that Lazio were pondering a bid for the Portuguese defender, who has welcomed the transfer talk.
“If I say that I am indifferent to the situation I would be a liar. In the career of a player, it is already difficult for a club like Lazio to be interested once, imagine if that happens the second time…,” Costa told Il Corriere dello Sport.
”But, if the interest is true, the first thing they need to do is talk to Valencia. I have a contract for three more years with Valencia. It is a great club where they treat me very well.
“Any change is not up to me, it mainly depends on the club. Only then I could also be interested.”
The Portuguese defender has immediately commanded a starting place at Valencia after arriving from Wolfsburg and it looks unlikely that los Che will be prepared to let him leave.
