German international Andre Schurrle revealed in an interview with the German media that his loan deal with Fulham would be immediately terminated if Cottagers get relegated to the Championship.
Former Chelsea winger Andre Schurrle joined returned to the Premier League in July 2018 when he signed a two-year loan deal with Fulham.
The 28-year-old has thus far made the total 21 Premier League appearances, scoring six goals in 1,568 minutes he spent on the pitch, including an incredible volley against Burnley earlier in January.
Schurrle recently admitted he is not used to losing that much adding that he finds it especially difficult at Fulham, whereas he used his interview with German media outlet Kicker to disclose a relegation-related clause in his contract to Cottagers.
Namely, Schurrle revealed his deal with Fulham would be annulled if the London-based club get relegation into the second tier of competition in England.
Fulham are currently sitting in 19th place in the standings with only 17 points out of 25 games and relegation seems like a rather realistic prospect for the Cottagers.
