Genoa defender Andreas Granqvist explains that Inter Milan and AC Milan have expressed interest in his services.
The 27-year-old has had a bright start to his career at Genoa and immediately caught attention from top European clubs.
The centre-back, who started all three games for Sweden at the European Championship, reveals that he is won wish list of both Inter Milan and AC Milan.
“I know I’m on their wish list,” Graqvist was quoted as saying in Swedish newspaper Expressen.
“We’ll see what happens. But it shows that I have a good season at Genoa behind me.”
The player admits he plans to meet his agent in order to discuss his future.
“I will speak with my agent Martin Dahlin next week and see my options. But, I am happy at Genoa.”
AC Milan want see Granqvist as a perfect replacement for Alessandro Nesta and they are prepared to pay around €8 million for his services.
The Swedish international only arrived to Genoa last summer, in a €4.5 million from Groningen, but he could be moving clubs this summer as well.
Granqvist featured in 28 Serie A games last season, and managed to score one goal in the process.
