Spanish media outlet Cadena SER is reporting that Paris Saint-Germain star Angel Di Maria was offered a chance to return to Madrid.
The 30-year-old is no longer considered an important player at Parc des Princes and he only started one Champions League fixture this season.
With one year remaining on his current contract, Di Maria is looking to leave the Saints at the end of the season and a return to La Liga could be on the cards.
Aware of Diego Simeone’s interest in his client’s services, the player’s agent has invited los Colchoneros to make their move on the Argentine.
Angel Di Maria did well to get his career back on track in France, producing 50 goals and 55 assists in 133 appearances for the club.
